'This 75 Monute barre workout coming at cha (I’m rounding here)! Grab a set of dumbbells, a sturdy chair, mat, and a mini band (optional). We will strengthen and tone the entire body while keeping this low-impact. There is SOME cardio but that is not the focus for today’s workout - today’s focus is getting barre strong
